<image:caption>There is more to “being healthy” than just diet and exercise. The best time to address health concerns is often years before a diagnosis is made. Dr. Michopoulos focuses on identifying early warning signs, addressing risk factors proactively, and helping patients make informed decisions that support long-term health, energy, and quality of life. Sometimes the answer is complex. Often, it's surprisingly simple.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Menopausal health advice simplified Women’s health is one of the most understudied and misunderstood areas of medicine. Too many women are told their symptoms are simply stress, aging, or something they should learn to live with. Dr. Michopoulos specializes in helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, PCOS (PMOS), metabolic health, and the hormonal changes that can affect energy, weight, sleep, mood, and overall quality of life. The goal isn't simply symptom management. It's helping patients understand what's happening in their bodies and creating a plan that supports both current wellbeing and long-term health. She asked questions no one else had asked and connected things that other doctors had completely missed. For the first time, I felt like someone was looking at the whole picture instead of a lab result." — S.L.</image:title>

      <image:title>About - About Dr. Michopoulos</image:title>
<image:caption>I'm a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Doctor of Osteopathy, born and raised in Colorado. I trained at the University of Denver and Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed my residency at St. Mary Corwin Medical Center in Pueblo. I then spent years training the next generation of physicians, in addition to serving as Medical Director, Associate Program Director, and Director of Osteopathic Education.. As both a physician and a patient who has personally navigated conditions such as PCOS, adult diagnosed ADHD and thyroid disease, I understand firsthand how frustrating it can be to struggle with symptoms, search for answers, and feel unheard and be dismissed. I founded her practice to create the kind of care I believes patients deserve: care that prioritizes listening, critical thinking, education, prevention, and genuine partnership. Appointments that aren't rushed. A physician who listens, thinks, and follows up. A plan built around you specifically, not a protocol built for everyone. I see patients virtually across Colorado, which means wherever you are in the state, you can access care that actually takes you seriously. My clinical focus includes hormonal health, perimenopause and menopause, PCOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, or PMOS), metabolic health, thyroid disorders, ADHD in women, disease prevention, and longevity medicine. Most importantly, I believe patients deserve to understand their bodies, participate in their healthcare decisions, and receive care that is both evidence-based and individualized. If you're ready to work with a physician who will actually listen- and actually look, I'd love to meet you.</image:caption>
