A: Choosing a personal physician is an important decision. This complimentary 15-minute call gives us a chance to connect directly, discuss your broad health goals, and answer any questions about our practice style, virtual platform, and pricing. It allows both of us to make sure we are a great mutual fit before you invest in a Comprehensive Initial Assessment. (Please note that formal medical history reviews, diagnostics, and treatment plans occur during scheduled clinical evaluations).
-
A: Dr. Michopoulos runs a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows for the ability to spend unhurried time with you without insurance restrictions. Upon request, a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement may be provided, and standard labs/prescriptions can typically be billed to your insurance.

A: No. This practice provides specialized, non-urgent consultative care and does not offer same-day, emergency, or after-hours coverage. Because we complement rather than replace your routine healthcare, all patients must maintain a relationship with a primary care physician. For acute medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
